Cupid was arrested
for doing something rad.
He aimed his arrows at a pig,
Socialism's bad.
Infringing right's forbidden,
you know it in your soul.
Arnie signed 962*
and freedom's all been stole.
Cupid had it coming,
above and from below;
MQ-9s with Hellfires,
some armor-piercing blow.
Chain guns and hot shrap'nel,
.50 cal delight.
They juked him in the morning,
and throughout all the night.
They fired until their barrels glowed,
magazines ran dry.
They fired with fingers blistered,
but Cupid would not die.
Some may call it justice,
others massacree.
People shiver in their cells:
Homeland Severity.
If you love your country,
and if you love your wife;
If you love your property,
and if you love your life:
Get yourself a long arm,
and get yourself its due.
Share the love that matters,
before they cupid you.
*California AB 962 requires furnishing government-issued photo ID to vendors before purchasing handgun ammunition. Vendor must record the purchaser's name, driver's license number, state of issuance, signature, thumbprint, residential address, date of birth, and phone number. Add the name of the sales person, date of sale; brand, type, and amount of ammunition sold. Records must be kept on the vendor's premises for a minimum of five years. There is no provision for how such records are securely maintained (e.g., paper or electronic), stored, or destroyed. It is a gilded invitation to identity theft - and for all that, California legislators were too frickin' stooopid to require an e-mail address for resale to spammers.
All California ammunition sales will be subject to $3/transaction tax. Mail order and Internet ammunition sales will be prohibited.
US sales of civilian ammunition alone exceed $750 million/year. What part of Second Amendment "shall not be infringed" does not apply in California?
